Xendee is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. No installation is required on your local systems. Xendee maintains cyber insurance and also carries general liability insurance for comprehensive protection. Xendee uses cookies for client authentication and Permission-Based Authorization (RBAC).

Secure Hosting & Infrastructure

Dedicated servers are available in both the United States and EU countries, enabling support for international markets. U.S. service provider is SOC2 certified and all providers comply with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. DoD Clients are served via separate, dedicated servers to ensure complete separation from commercial environments. 

Encryption & Data Protection

All data transfers are encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2+ protocols. All sensitive data is stored securely while at rest. Client data is never sold, shared, or used for AI training, unless explicitly authorized. Xendee is bound by NDA via license agreement and strictly limits data usage to invoicing, onboarding, website operations, and client communications. 

Cybersecurity Certifications & Compliance

Xendee DESIGN, PROPOSE, and DISCOVER tools have undergone third-party penetration testing and are certified under the DoD Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). Xendee maintains and regularly updates the following security plans: Information Security Plan, Event Incident Communication Procedure (EICP), Event Incident Response Plan (EIRP), Security Audit Plan, System Security Plan, and Information Systems Contingency Plan.
