Mid-Sized Microgrid Developer

Mid-Sized Microgrid Developer

Challenge:

Mid-sized microgrid developer was looking to provide a quote to a well known Quick Service Restaurant chain for supplying cost competitive, resilient energy solutions.

The chain had over 300 locations in California, and we're looking to start with a few pilot sites.

Solution:

Using Xendee's DISCOVER solution, the client analyzed all 300+ sites in California to determine the best sites for their pilots.

DISCOVER was able to consider both solar and batteries for each site, and take into account the unique fluctuations in energy demand and Utility rates at each site.

Results:

DISCOVER provided initial results for all 300+ sites and identified the top 5 sites to target for more detailed designs and an initial round of pilots.
